“I lived in the shadow of domestic violence for eight years, and spent every day in fear and helplessness. A friend recommended me to join PAWA, and I began to attend the "Women's Psychological Trauma Repair" salon and the "Don't Complain About Family" workshop. Dr. Miao's "Women's Psychological Growth and Relationship Repair" series of courses made me understand that my pain did not only come from marriage, but was deeply influenced by my original family. The "changing the way of building neural chains" mentioned in the course deeply touched me, and I began to adjust my thinking mode, no longer indulging in resentment, but learning how to love and protect myself.
Later, I attended the "Legal Aid and Self-Protection" lecture organized by PAWA and learned that the law can be my weapon. I plucked up the courage to walk out of the cage of marriage and regain control of my life. PAWA also recommended me to participate in the "Women's Re-employment Training", which allowed me to master new professional skills. Now I have a stable job and can support myself and my children independently. In the past, I was a person full of resentment and hopelessness. Now I have finally regained my confidence and believe that the future will be better.”

“As a successful entrepreneur, I used to think that I was independent and strong enough, but I still felt lonely and confused. After attending PAWA’s Women’s Leadership and Influence Forum, I realized that true leadership is not only about business success, but also about how to influence others and give back to society. I began to follow PAWA’s Business Strategy and Team Management Course to learn how to build a warmer and more cohesive team.
The course that benefited me the most was the Spiritual Growth and Business Management course, which made me realize that the foundation of corporate culture lies in human growth. When I began to manage the company in a more positive way, employees felt a greater sense of belonging, and the team atmosphere became more harmonious. I also joined the Social Responsibility and Women’s Influence roundtable forum to discuss with other entrepreneurs how to support women’s growth.
Now, not only have I made further progress in my career, I am also willing to become a long-term partner of PAWA to help more women realize their dreams”

“I used to be just a housewife who spent every day with her husband and children, feeling lost and worthless. I always felt that I was forgotten by society until I attended the Female Self-Identity and Growth salon at PAWA. This experience made me think seriously for the first time: Who else can I be besides being a wife and mother?
I started to attend small classes organized by PAWA, such as Time Management and Efficient Life and Child Education Psychology. These courses taught me how to balance family and self-growth. In the Female Workplace Re-employment Training, I found a career direction that suits me. Most importantly, in the Women’s Health and Happiness lecture, I paid attention to my physical and mental health for the first time, and even visited the Ovarian Health Center with my sisters to learn more about women’s health knowledge.
Now, I have returned to the workplace and have also regained a good relationship with my family. Thank you, PAWA, for making me a better person!”
