PAWA (The Association for the Protection of Asian Women in America) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the dignity and value of women. We not only help women grow economically and professionally, but also pay more attention to their psychological reconstruction and spiritual growth, so that they can truly have a sense of security, belonging and social influence. We are well aware that many women have experienced domestic violence, emotional manipulation, trauma from their original families, or have been bound to traditional roles for a long time during their growth, gradually losing their self-identity and independence. PAWA helps them rebuild their self-confidence, change their inherent psychological patterns, and repair their internal trauma through psychological support, emotional management training, and spiritual growth courses, so that they can have a happier and more fulfilling life. We pay special attention to women who lack social support and are unloved, including victims of domestic violence, single mothers, housewives who have been out of the workplace for a long time, and women who encounter career bottlenecks. PAWA provides systematic support such as legal aid, re-employment training, entrepreneurship support, women's self-protection courses, and emotional healing salons to help them regain confidence in life, reintegrate into society, and find their own value.
At the same time, PAWA is also committed to cultivating women's leadership, enabling female entrepreneurs, industry elites and community leaders to shape the future at a higher level, expand social influence, and promote gender equality and social change. We provide high-end leadership training, business resource docking, public speaking training and global development opportunities to help women exert greater influence in business, academia, society and policy. We believe that every woman deserves respect and every life deserves to be empowered. PAWA looks forward to working with you to create a more fair, inclusive and hopeful world!
