Dr. Fang Miao, is dedicated to nurturing social practitioners, young leaders, and entrepreneurs. Her goal is to foster creativity from the ground up within the realms of social elites, businesses, and industries, turning ideas into reality. She strives to create leaders who can lead human development, possess international influence, and have a global voice, making contributions in various fields. This effort injects continuous positive energy into individuals, families, and society as a whole.
"Changing the human condition, speaking up for women." In order to help Asian women reconnect with their inner strength, explore their self-identity, and achieve self-realization, Miao Fang founded the Association for the Protection of Asian Women in America Inc. and linked spiritual growth with women's protection as its president. She organized a series of meaningful activities. First, she encouraged everyone to actively think about their identity and experiences and communicate and dialogue with other Asian women to help them better understand the needs of women and the path of spiritual growth. Secondly, she actively sought and created support systems for Asian women, such as participating in group activities, online communities, or joining relevant organizations. By sharing experiences with other Asian women, healing past pain, and providing mutual psychological support and encouragement. Finally, she took the time to learn about the rights of Asian women. She actively participated in issue discussions, advocating for more accomplished, successful women to speak up for Asian women! Miao Fang said, "It is important and a heavy responsibility to empower more women with self-awareness and growth wisdom. I hope to convey the issues and needs faced by Asian women to the public and decision-makers and raise more attention and change, together moving towards a more equal and inclusive society. Fortunately, under her advocacy, more and more Asian women are being awakened."
Looking back, Miao Fang has persevered in the profession of a spiritual mentor for 12 years, transitioning from a singer. She readily accepted this change and felt delighted to have her singing experience. In Miao Fang's view, these two professions are not separate and independent but have a mutually reinforcing relationship. She said, "Everything is dynamic, and music is even more helpful to my current career because I feel that music can express emotions that language cannot. This allows me to make more nuanced decisions when facing situations. I believe that without my previous accumulation, I might not have chosen spiritual growth so quickly." Indeed, everyone has multiple potential talents and interests, and the world needs more spiritual mentors to drive human intellectual development, allowing more people to truly tap into their potential and live authentically.
Happiness does not solely depend on material conditions but is closely related to one's mindset and inner peace and satisfaction. This is a lesson that Miao Fang has learned from spiritual growth and an inner core worth promoting. Not expecting and not setting limits is Miao Fang's attitude towards the future and her consistent code of conduct. Living each day with seriousness, gathering each moment's experiences into wisdom to influence more people, we can live life with greater equanimity.
